How to check if your plan supports top-ups
Go to your eSIM detail page on My eSIMs. If your plan is reloadable, you’ll see a “Top Up” option.Steps
- Go to My eSIMs and tap on your eSIM.
- Tap “Top Up”.
- Choose a top-up package — you’ll see available data amounts and prices.
- Complete the payment through Stripe checkout.
- Your additional data will be added to your existing eSIM automatically.
Good to know
- No new eSIM needed — The top-up adds data to your existing eSIM. You don’t need to install anything new.
- Validity extends — Top-ups extend your plan’s expiry date based on the new package’s validity period.
- Same country — Top-ups are for the same destination as your original plan.
- Not all plans support top-ups — If you don’t see the top-up option, your plan doesn’t support it. You would need to purchase a new eSIM instead.
