When you’ve used all the data in your plan, your eSIM will no longer provide an internet connection.

What are my options?

  1. Top up — If your plan is reloadable, you can purchase additional data from your eSIM detail page. The top-up adds to your existing eSIM so you don’t need to install anything new. See How to top up.
  2. Buy a new plan — If your plan doesn’t support top-ups, you can purchase a new eSIM for the same destination.
  3. Use WiFi — Connect to WiFi at your hotel, cafe, or other locations for internet access.

Will I be charged extra?

No. Roamly plans are prepaid. When your data runs out, the connection simply stops. There are no overage charges or surprise fees.
