Steps
- Check your email — You should have received a confirmation email. Check your spam/junk folder too.
- Log in and check My eSIMs — Go to onroamly.com/my-esims. Your eSIM should appear in the list. It may take up to a minute to be provisioned.
- Check the right account — Make sure you’re logged in with the same account you used to make the purchase. If you signed up with Google, make sure you’re not accidentally logged in with email/password (or vice versa).
- Refresh the page — Try refreshing your My eSIMs page. The eSIM may still be provisioning.
Still nothing?
If your eSIM doesn’t appear after a few minutes and you’ve confirmed the payment went through (check your bank statement or email receipt), contact us via live chat with:- Your order ID or payment confirmation
- The email address you used to purchase
- Your device model
