How to request deletion
Contact us via live chat or email at hello@onroamly.com and request account deletion. We’ll verify your identity and process the request.What happens when your account is deleted
- Your account and profile information will be permanently removed.
- Your purchase history and order data will be deleted.
- Any active eSIMs will continue to work until they expire, but you won’t be able to manage them through Roamly.
- Data is fully removed within 30 days of the request.
